Wabi Sabi Gin was developed by Wakae, a devoted gin enthusiast and Japan’s trailblazing female spirits entrepreneur. She started the journey as a passion project and evolved into a mission to create a world-class gin that celebrates timeless yet contemporary Japan.

Together with her husband, Tom and later joined by friend, Chef Jérôme, they dedicated years to experimentation and refinement resulting in a gin that epitomized the principles of 'Wabi Sabi'. Their blend features unique herbs and robust floral botanicals, creating a product that is as elegant as it is delicious.
